I have a child with disabilities. I'm not very happy with how this school handles my child. I'm very involved with all angles of his life and his ADHD is one of the problems that they are not handling well. I would like to talk to someone that can make a difference. I have talked until I'm blue in the face. My family and I have had a lot up's and down's this school year and my child is handling a lot of life changing events in his life and I don't think the school understands. I have explained our situation many times. We feel like they don't care. We can't wait for school to get out for summer vacation. My child and I are very frustrated with this school. I'm a single mother and my child has been through a lot and I feel alone dealing with this illness. I have educated myself well with this disability and I feel like this school doesn't care. I have tried to work one on one with them to improve his conduct. But he feels like they hate him. If a child with ADHD feels he or she is being teamed up against, they will only become worse and this problem will not get better. I'm seeing a pattern as well. I'm not sure who to talk to? I want my child to enjoy school again. Unfortunately we don't have a choice of where my child can go to school at this time. This school is our only choice due to lack of funds and location and I can't home school because I have to work a lot hours to make ends meet. This is my review. I hope things will improve soon.
